First Lady Trucking LLC (“First Lady Trucking,” “we,” “us”) is a family-run, woman- and minority-owned dry van carrier based in Olive Branch, Mississippi. Information you give us through our quote form. When you submit a request, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, and any freight details you choose to share (pickup and delivery locations, freight type or weight, target pickup date, and your message).
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data needed to serve and protect the site — such as your IP address, browser type, and the date and time of your request. We do not use this to build a profile of you.
We do not ask for, want, or knowingly collect sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, payment card numbers, or financial account details. Please don’t enter that kind of information in the form.

- Our team and authorized operating partners who help us respond to inquiries and dispatch freight.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect our rights, property, or the safety of others.
- Business transfers. If the business is sold or reorganized, customer information may transfer as part of that transaction.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party marketing pixels. Our hosting provider may set limited cookies that are strictly necessary to serve and protect the site. Because we don’t track you across the web, there is no tracking for you to opt out of here.
How long we keep it
We keep quote inquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and for our ordinary business and recordkeeping purposes, and then delete or anonymize them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).

The site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and we rely on reputable providers to store form submissions securely. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
